International Marketing and Recruitment meeting

The purpose of the International Marketing and Recruitment meeting is to share information that impacts on the marketing, recruitment, admissions, and welfare of international students. Issues raised needing further discussion and action will be taken to the Associate Deans International (ADI) forum by the Director International.

Participation Faculty and unit updates: Faculty and unit staff may provide short and concise updates on recent, current or future activities relating to the purpose and focus of the meeting. Each participant may speak for approximately 3 minutes. Participants are not required to provide an update if they have nothing to report.
Duration Each meeting should last approximately hour.
2008 meeting schedule
The first meeting for the year will be held on Tuesday February 19th from 10am - 11am. The location for this meeting is TBC.
 
Meetings for the rest of the year will be held in the Jim Potter Conference Room, Old Physics Building from 10am - 11am.

Venue Meetings for the rest of the year will be held in the Jim Potter Conference Room, Old Physics Building from 10am - 11am.
The Agenda The Agenda will be coordinated by International Market Development. All participants are invited to contribute agenda items one week prior to each meeting date.
Information sharing

Participants are strongly encouraged to communicate relevant information gained from the meetings to members of their faculty or unit.

Meeting Reports

Meeting Reports will be concise, focusing on important issues and will be action-oriented. They are to be sent to all members and Faculty General Managers and Associate Deans International.
