International Strategy and Committee Advisory Group
Terms of reference
ISCAG will assist the Vice-Principal (International Development) with:
- advising on the preparation of a rolling triennial International Student Business Plan and monitoring of performance;
- coordinating and monitoring implementation of a whole-of-University international marketing and recruitment strategy;
- coordinating and monitoring other implementation strategies needed to give effect to the Internationalisation Plan (e.g. in relation to international student support, international relations etc);
- acting as a clearing house and coordination point for all international market research from all sources;
- provide advice to the Senior Vice-Principal on international student fee levels and student load targets;
- reporting performance outcomes to the International Committee
